To help our Guests understand the reservation process and policies in place at the CU Guest House, we have compiled a short list of important things to know for all of our guests. The Guest House is to to serve the temporary housing needs of those affiliated with or doing business at CUGH. Our inventory of rooms is small compared to the University demand which is quite high. Because of this, we will need to qualify your reservation.
Reservations must be cancelled by 3 p.m. the day prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room charge.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Guests may check in anytime after 3 p.m. The registration desk is open 24 hours a day for late arrivals. Please alert the Guest House if you anticipate arriving later than 2 a.m. Guests must check-out prior to noon. Luggage can be held beyond check-out time.
Laundry Room Hours
The laundry room is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Length of Stay
The maximum length of stay is 21 consecutive days.
A maximum of 3 people per room is allowed.
Parking is limited at the Guest House and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Pets are not allowed at the CU Guest House.
The Guest House offers rollaway beds at a rate of
N500.00 per night for Executive and Mini Suite. Standard Rooms may not have a rollaway bed in the room. Rollaway beds are limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The CU Guest House is a smoke-free facility.
